Dublin

Spent only one night in Belfast, following by 3 hr bus journey to Dublin in the next morning.

The place we stayed, much better than the one in Belfast.


The city is separated by a river.

First destination - Guinness St. James's Gate Brewery

There are 7 stories in the Guinness Storehouse.
Introduction of ingredients, brewing process, advertising etc etc.





Guinness is celebrating its 250th anniversary this year.

The highest storey of the building - Gravity Bar, where you can exchange a drink with your ticket and enjoy 360 view of Dublin city.

Not so castle at all.


Temple Bar, it's more than a bar, it's a street which is another tourist hotspot.










The Spire aka the Spike or the 'needle in the middle' (this was what a local told us) - tallest structure in Dublin city.

Back at 10 something, continued our night with poker and monopoly!
Breakfast provided at the hostel for the next morning, checked out at 10am.

Irish likes green colour, three leaf clover, sheep and Guinness.




Overall the trip was okay except for the rain and that we didn't have enough time to go further places. We'll be back, hopefully.
