Today's menu

Being in Liverpool for 2 weeks, the food that I miss the most is char siew.
And I was so desperate to eat char siew these few days (thanks to my mom and dad who lured me by telling that they had their lunch in my favourite char siew rice stall in Peel Road)

Instead of buying char siew which are full of coloring from Chinatown, I decided to make it myself.

And these are the outcome:






Successful attempt!
and now I can have char siew rice whenever I want.
