Held on Tuesday night.
The theme for this year is Mamak culture.
Knowing that it wouldn't be anything great, I basically went there for food, which was not that great as well.
The so-called 3 course meal:-
Starter: 2 x quarter of murtabak (pathetic-nya)
Main dish: Nasi lemak with rendang and sambal
and dessert: Bubur pulut hitam (it doesn't look good that I didn't even bother to take a pic)
Performances:-
The whole event started with 'Negaraku'
followed by dances and choir
Culture fusion: Dikir barat + rap
Sketch: everything took place in the Mamak setting
The self-claimed most 'stylish' mamak
but he does deserve the credit for pretending making roti canai throughout the entire sketch
even though he was an extra serving as background for all scenes, his hands never stopped flipping the 'invisible' roti canai
The event ended with Keranamu Malaysia....
Conclusion:
No expectation, no comment.
