Egg tarts!!
Nice eh? Hoho
The base are actually Yorkshire pudding which are originally look like this:
Yorkshire pudding is made from batter. My housemate told me that it usually served with thick gravy for beef or chicken. But it looks more like egg tart base for me so I decided to 'cook' it in my own way Hahaha
However, although they do look like egg tarts and taste nice, it is still not a very successful attempt since Yorkshire pudding doesn't really taste like egg-tart base afterall.
