Finally started to pack my stuff.
It only took me 10 minutes.
Why?
Because my luggage bags are all fully loaded yet I still have 80% of my 'assets' scattered all over my room, not to mention things in the kitchen.
So I won't be able to pack anymore until I unpack my stuff from the bags in my new room.
I have no idea where did all these stuff come from.
Ok, maybe I do.
One good explanation is that when you are living abroad, on your own, you tend to make your living place as comfortable and as homely as possible. However, this explanation does not really apply to my situation. I did not and would not waste money on unnecessary housewares.
What actually multiplied is clothing, which is expected; but what unexpected is the actual amount. So now I'll have to deal with the consequences of having great time doing shopping in the past 10 months.
Also in my asset list, 5 textbooks, each weighs at least 2kg, no joke. Plus 4 statute books, and tonnes of lecture notes. Not to forget my printer, laptop, and all other unmentionable belongings of mine. In the kitchen, pans pots oh my god.
Lesson of the day: Think before you buy.
